EASTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS § § § § § § § § § CIVIL ACTION NO. 1:18-CV-90 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER Plaintiff, Patrick Robinson, an inmate currently confined at the Jester 4 Unit with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Correctional Institutions Division, proceeding pro se, filed this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against defendant Sergeant Knock, a correctional officer at the Mark Stiles Unit. The court referred this matter to the Honorable Keith Giblin, United States Magistrate Judge, at Beaumont, Texas, for consideration pursuant to applicable laws and orders of this court. The Magistrate Judge recommends this civil action be dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g) unless plaintiff pays the full filing fee of $400.00. Plaintiff has yet to pay the filing fee. The court has received and considered the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge filed pursuant to such referral, along with the record, and pleadings. No objections to the Report and Recommendation have been filed to date.1 1 Plaintiff received a copy of the Report and Recommendation on March 19, 2018 (docket entry no. 5).
