The Clerk is directed to forward the file in this case to the Honorable John T. By order entered March 6, 2012 (Docket Entry No. 91), the plaintiff's claims against defendants McKenna, the Estate of Joseph Flom, Aaron, Yaffa, Weiss, Flom, Graham, Levine and Yates were dismissed.
