Specifically, at trial, the Court will bar the Plaintiff from introducing evidence of his lost wages, backpay, or other damages arising out of his termination from the commissary. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, in light of the parties' Pretrial Stipulation, (ECF No. 175 ), the "Motion in Limine" is DENIED IN PART AS MOOT. Specifically, the Court denies the Motion to the extent that the Defendants ask the Court to bar Mr. Mack from introducing evidence regarding his termination from the commissary, and as more fully stated in said Memorandum Opinion and Order.
