Court Description: OPINION AND ORDER: Mr. McCright has failed to exhaust his administrative remedies on his urinary issues and his claim of being assigned a broken bed. I GRANT summary judgment in favor of Defendants on those claims and DISMISS them without pre judice. Mr. McCright appropriately exhausted his administrative remedies as to (1) his claim of deliberate indifference as to his heart condition, and (2) his claim of deliberate indifference regarding the delay in receiving lidocaine patches after h is open-heart surgery. However, he hasfailed to demonstrate that a genuine issue of fact exists regarding those claims.
