The matter is now before this court pu rsuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l)(B) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b). When, as here, no objections are filed, the court is not required to review the factual or legal conclusions of the Magistrate Judge. See, Thomas v. Arn, 474 U.S. 140, 149 (198 5); United States v. Reyna-Tapia, 328 F.3d 1114, 1121 (9'h Cir. 2003). After review, I agree with Judge Sullivan's Recommendation. There is no legal error.
