Plaintiff's Objections thereto (Doc. # 41 ) are OVERRULED for reasons previously explained. See Docs. ## 36 , 38 . Plaintiff's "Motion for Relief of Judgment (Rule 60B)" (Doc. # 39 ) isOVERRULED.
