Court Description: OPINION AND ORDER denying as moot (11) Wildfire's Motion to Stay; denying (12) Wildfire's Motion for Discovery; granting (15) the United States' Motion for Summary Judgment Affirming the Agency Order; denying (24) Wildfire's Mo tion for Summary Judgment; granting (26) the United States' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment in case 2:12-cv-1140; and granting (15) the United States' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment in case 2:13-cv-311. The Court therefore affirm s the Recall Remedy Order issued by NHTSA on 11/13/12 and orders Wildfire to comply with that Order immediately. The Court will schedule a telephone status conference forthwith to determine the procedure by which to address the United States' request for the imposition of civil penalties against Wildfire, which is the only remaining issue in this case.
