OPINION AND ORDER Plaintiff in this action seeks recovery in connection with a fire loss of real and personal property insured by defendant. This matter is now before the Court on defendant s motion, filed pursuant to F.R. Civ. P. 37(c), to preclude plaintiff from introducing evidence not already in defendant s possession introducing expert testimony. and prohibiting Doc. At that conference, the Court established dates by which initial disclosures under F.R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1) and dates by which expert designations under F.R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) were to have been made. Id.
