Magistrate Judge Kemp Notice of Secretary of State Jon Husted Opposing Any Discovery in this Case And Request For A Status Conference Currently pending before this Court is the Plaintiffs’ objection to the Magistrate’s Report and Recommendation prohibiting any discovery in this case. The Plaintiffs, in their reply continue to make the claim that the Secretary of State supported their request for discovery. On January 10, 2011, Jon Husted became the Ohio Secretary of State. He is filing this notice with the Court in order to advise the Court that he opposes any discovery occurring in this case and asks this Court to deny the Plaintiffs’ objections.
