In Civil Case No. 1:09cv377, Deft's 17 Motion to Transfer is DENIED as moot. (4.) Time periods within which to file Answer or make other response to Complaint in Civil Case No. 1:10cv22 are hereby held in abeyance pending further order of this Court. (5.) On or before (15) days from entry of this Order, par ties shall file response not to exceed (5) double-spaced pages addressing issue of whether Civil Case No. 1:09cv377 and Civil Case No. 1:10cv22 should be consolidated.
