Defendants' motion for summary judgment is also GRANTED in part and DENIED in part in accordance with this order. Plaintiffs have prevailed on their claim of violation of 29 U.S.C. § 1831(b), which imposes posting requirements upon employers of seasonal agricultural workers. Defendants have prevailed on motion seeking judgment in their favor on all remaining claims. The parties shall confer and submit supplemental joint report offering suggestions as to the co urt's determination of relief due plaintiffs on their prevailing claim within twenty-one (21) days from entry of this order. Should the parties be unable to agree to a joint report on damages, each party may submit a separate report briefing the same also within twenty-one (21) days from entry of this order.
