The clai ms against the Defendants which constitute the "Southern District Action" are hereby transferred to the Southern District of New York, the claims against the Defendants which constitute the "Northern District Action" are hereby tr ansferred to the Northern District of New York, and the claims against the Defendants which constitute the "Western District Action" are hereby retained by this Court.
