Further, Defendants' counsel is directed to comply wit h Local Rule of Civil Procedure 7(a)(8) regarding unpublished cases, and file a declaration with the Court by December 12, 2014 evidencing compliance with the rule. After the Plaintiff has received the unpublished cases, he may file a supplemental response to the Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment by January 12, 2015. Signed by Hon. Frank P.
