It is also granted to the extent that it seeks to include the amended ad damnum clause contained in the proposed amended complaint. The motion is otherwise denied. Plaintiff is to file and serve the first amended complaint by August 26, 2014. Defendant's answer to the first amended complaint is due by September 16, 2014.
