Court Description: OPINION AND ORDER re: 23 MOTION to Sever the Plaintiffs' Claims and to Compel Arbitration as to Plaintiff Jose Henriquez. filed by Paul Bamrick, Digital Realty Trust, Inc., Manuel Pego. For the foregoing reasons, defendants& #039; motions to compel arbitration of Henriquez's claims is granted. These claims are stayed pending the outcome of arbitration. The Court grants the motion to sever the claims of the two plaintiffs. The Court denies the motion to dismiss H enriquez's claims. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motions pending at docket entries 23, 41, and 42.
