The plaintiff may file an amended complaint by Monday, October 17, 2022. The plaintiff is also advised that he may seek legal advice and assistance from the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG). An i nformational flyer regarding NYLAG is attached to this Memorandum Opinion & Order. The Clerk is directed to close all pending motions.
