Court Description: MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER: re: 42 MOTION for Summary Judgment Against Plaintiff or In the Alternative for Summary Adjudication of Plaintiff's Claims filed by Keeco, LLC, 53 MOTION for Partial Summary Judgment as to the Fourth through Seventh Causes of Action in the Complaint filed by Richard Platt. Defendant Keeco's motion for summary judgment is granted as to Plaintiff's unjust enrichment and promissory estoppel claims against it and denied as to Plaintiffs breach of contract claim against it. Defendant Platt's motion for summary judgment is granted as to Plaintiffs breach of contract and promissory estoppel claims against him, and denied as to Plaintiff's unjust enrichment and tortious interference claims against him.
