In brief, with due and adequate notice having been given to the Settlement Class Members of the proposed Settlement and the pending motions, as directed by the Court's Preli minary Approval Order, and with the Court having considered all submissions by the parties and objectors, the Court HEREBY ORDERS as follows: (As further set forth herein.) 14. The Motion is hereby GRANTED, and the Settlement Agreement and its term s are hereby found to be and APPROVED as fair, reasonable, and adequate and in the best interest of the Settlement Class. 23. The Fee Motion is also hereby GRANTED. Pursuant to Rule 54, the Court finds that there is no just reason for delay and res pectfully directs this Final Approval Order and Judgment and immediate entry by the Clerk of the Court.
