The Settlement Agreement is, in all respects, fai r, reasonable, and adequate, is in the best interests of the Settlement Class, and is therefore approved. The Court has considered Class Counsel's Motion for service awards and for attorneys' fees and costs and expenses of Plaintiffs' Counsel. The Court awards Class Counsel the sum of $897,866.26 as an award of attorneys' fees and $53,200.60 as an award of costs and expenses to be paid in accordance with the Settlement Agreement, and the Court finds this amount of fees and costs and expenses to be fair and reasonable.
