Now before the Court are Defendants' Motion to Transer the case to the United States District Court or the District of Massachusetts ("District of Massachusetts") pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) and a motion filed by Laila Thompson to be appointed as lead plaintiff pursuant to the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, 15 U.S.C. § 77z-l(a)(3).
