The Clerk is directed to close docket numbers 16 and 52. The plaintiff previously requested leave to file another amended complaint. (Dkt. No. 47. ) It is unclear how the plaintiff could cure the deficiencies explained in this Order in a second amended complaint. However, if the plaintiff chooses to file a second amended complaint, any such amended complaint must be filed by June 23, 2019. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge John G.
