The Court has considered all of the arguments raised by the parties. To the extent not specifically addressed, the arguments are either moot or without merit. As explained above, the defendant's motion to dismiss is granted in part and denied in part. Ashmeade's claims of bankruptcy discrimination under the NYSHRL, wrongful termination, and defamation as to all defendants are dismissed with prejudice. Ashemeade's claims of discrimination on the basis of bankruptcy under 11 U.S.C. § 525(b) and his claims of racial discrimination under Title VII are dismissed with prejudice only against Depeau and CFG.
