For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss the complaint is granted with respect to all claims except Plaintiff' s claim for tortious interference to the extent it relates to Defendants' actions involving the $200,000 check. Plaintiff is directed to show cause, no later than January 12, 2018, why that claim should not be dismissed on the merits as explained above.
