Court Description: OPINION AND ORDER. Chanel's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED on its claim for a violation of ACPA and otherwise DENIED. Within twenty-one days, plaintiff shall advise the Court whether it wishes to have judgment entered with regard to the single claim and have the Court adjudicate damages, in which case plaintiff shall enter a submission on proposed damages and drop its other claims, or await final judgment on all claims. Because the grounds for a Rule 54(b), Fed. R. Civ. P. partial j udgment have not been met, the Court will not enter partial judgment. The Clerk is requested to terminate the motion (Doc 58.)
