Court Description: OPINION & ORDER re: 29 MOTION to Dismiss Portions of Plaintiff's Amended Complaint. filed by Moody's Investors Service, Inc., Nick Levidy. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' partial motion to dismiss is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The following claims are dismissed: (1) Title VII, NYSHRL, and NYCHRL sex discrimination claims; (2) Title VII and NYSHRL hostile work environment claims; (3) Title VII and NYSHRL retaliation claims against Moody's; and (4) all claims against Levidy.
