The following claims are dismissed: (1) Title VII, NYSHRL, and NYCHRL sex discrimination claims; (2) Title VII and NYSHRL hostile work environment claims; (3) Title VII and NYSHRL retaliation claims against Moody's; and (4) all claims against Levidy.
