Likewise, the Individual Defendants' motion for summary judgment is DENIED in part and GRANTED in part. Specifically, the Cour t grants judgment in favor of the City of New York on Counts 1, 3, 8, 12, 16, 17, 18 and 19, and in favor of the Individual Defendants Counts 5, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18, and 19. The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate Defendants Nigro and V reeland. Within two weeks of the date of this Order, the parties shall meet and confer regarding settlement, file a letter with the Court providing a status update, and propose dates for a scheduling conference.
