Court Description: OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated above, the Court holds that this dispute is subject to arbitration pursuant to the parties' Settlement Agreement as adopted in the arbitral Award confirmed by this Court. The Court therefore denies Albte lecom's request that it enforce compliance with the Award. By two weeks from today, i.e. September 11, 2018, the parties are to submit a joint letter, of no more than six single-spaced pages in length, setting forth their respective views as to whether the case should be referred to arbitration, and whether this action should now be dismissed or stayed. Beginning at least one week prior to this deadline, counsel for the parties are to meet and confer on this subject. Pending further action from the Court, this case is hereby stayed.
