For the foregoing reasons, Malwarebytes' motion to transfer venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404 is granted. The Court declines to rule on Malwarebytes' motion to dismiss for lac k of personal jurisdiction and for failure to state a claim, Malwarebytes' motion for judicial notice, Enigma's motion to strike, and Enigma's motion for leave to file supplemental allegations.
