The Clerk of Court shall terminate the open motions: 03 Cr. 1277 ECF Nos. 82, 86; and 12 Civ. 6632, ECF No. 28. Additionally, the Clerk shall terminate 03 Cr. 1277, ECF No. 76, which was resolved by ECF No. 81. Finally, the Clerk shall mail a copy of this opinion to Petitioner. SO ORDERED.
