See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this order to Loren at his address of record. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motions pending at Dkts. 56 and 59. The case remains closed and there is no cause to alter the judgment that has been entered.
