For the foregoing reasons, the Court grants Amergent& #039;s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, denies Amergent's motion for Rule 11 sanctions, and affirms Judge Netburn's ruling striking TransAtlantic's memorandum of law. The parties shall each bear their own fees and costs associated with this litigation. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate all open motions and to close this case.
