Because Plaintiffs have not pled or alleged facts that plausibly demonstrate t hat they and other members of the proposed collective were victims of a common policy or plan that violates the FLSA, Plaintiff's motion for leave to disseminate notice to potential opt-in plaintiffs (Dkt. No. 27) is denied. The Clerk of the C ourt is directed to terminate the motion (Dkt. No. 27).
