Defendants' motion to dismiss Plaintiff's remainin g claims is DENIED. Thus, at present, only Plaintiff's state law and contractual claims for accounting, breach of contract, declaratory relief, and attorney's fees remain against Defendants Hendel, FB, and Kalakuta.
