Court Description: OPINION: On November 20, 2015, plaintiff Kevin Flores filed a complaint in the Southern District of New York against defendants Studio Castellano Architect, P.C., and Ronald Castellano ("Defendants"), alleging violations of the Fair Labor S tandards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., and New York Labor Law ("NYLL"), Art. 19 § 650 et seq., related to plaintiff's hours of work and payment of wages, including overtime wages. See ECF No. 1; ECF No. 30, Ex. 1, at 1. On March 7, 201 7, the parties informed the court that they had reached a settlement and submitted the proposed terms and supporting documentation. ECF No. 30 , Ex. 1-2. For the reasons provided above, the court approves of the propose d FLSA settlement as both reasonable and fair. In light of the settlement, the action is dismissed with prejudice and without costs. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mark this matter closed. (Signed by Judge Thomas P.
