Court Description: OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court denies defendants' motion to dismiss Calderon's federal and state claims of false arrest, as brought against defendants South and Sosa. The Court, however, grants defendants' motion to dismiss Calderon's Monell claim, and therefore dismisses the City of New York as a defendant from this lawsuit. The Court also dismisses all claims against the John and Jane Doe defendants. The Clerk of Court is directed to termina te the motion pending at docket number 45. An order will issue shortly as to next steps in this case. (As further set forth in this Order) John/Jane Doe 1-10 and The City of New York terminated. (Signed by Judge Paul A.
