Based on the conclusions set forth above, Plaintiff's motion for a finding of contempt is granted, and Defendant is ordered to pay an amount of $50,000 plus pre- and post-judgment interest to compensate Plaintiff for its of the Consent Judgment. Plaintiff is also entitled to reasonable costs and fees associated with enforcement of the Consent Judgment. Precise amounts shall be determined by application.
