For the foregoing reasons, the Court may exercise specific personal jurisdiction over Defendant Phib ro Commodities, but not over STASCO. Therefore, all claims against STASCO are dismissed. The Court will address Phibro Commodities' non-jurisdictional arguments in support of dismissal together with the non-jurisdictional arguments advanced by the other remaining Defendants. SO ORDERED.
