Court Description: MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER re: 86 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Kathleen Gerbing, Gaetan Zamilus. Defendants have moved for summary judgement, contending that Plaintiff cannot satisfy the objective and subjective elements of deliberate indifference under the Eighth Amendment, and that Defendants are entitled to qualified immunity. (As further set forth in this Order.) For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion (Dkt.
