Court Description: MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting 48 Motion for Settlement: For the foregoing reasons, this Court grants final approval of the settlement. The parties are directed to modify the Settlement Agreement to remove confidentiality requirements that apply t o Class Representatives and class members. The request for service awards to Class Representatives beyond the enhancement to their number of shifts worked in the plan of allocation is denied. Class counsel fees and costs in the amount of $500 ,020.18 are approved. The parties are directed to submit a proposed final judgment in accord with this memorandum and order.
