Plaintiff's counsel may disclose to Plaintiff the identifying information regardin g the Informant that was previously disclosed to Plaintiff's counsel on an "attorney's eyes only" basis. The identifying information shall be kept confidential, shall not be disclosed to others, and shall be used only for purposes of this litigation.
