For the reasons stated above, the City Defendants' motion to dismiss is granted in part, and denied in part. The Museum Defendants' motion to dismiss is denied witho ut prejudice. Plaintiff is granted an additional thirty days from the date of this order to effect service on the Museum Defendants. The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate the motions (Dkt. Nos. 17, 23).
