("Penguin Defendants"). It is hereby ORDERED that the Government shall file with the Court the public comments it receives and any response by April 5, 2013. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Government shall file any motion with respect to a proposed final judgment as to Penguin Defendants by April 19, 2013. Any submissions in response to this motion by a party in the above-captioned action or any related litigation shall be filed by May 3, 2013.
