Additionally, Plaintiff's Motion to Amend is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file the proposed Second Amended Complaint within thirty (30) days of entry of this Order. The Court will hold a status conference in this case on August 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. The parties should appear in person at the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, Courtroom 1306 on the above mentioned date and time.
