For the foregoing reasons, the plaintiff's motion fo r summary judgment (Docket# 12) is granted in part and denied in part. Defendants' motion for summary judgment (Docket# 20) is also granted in part and denied in part. The Government must produce to Seife copies of the requested waiver determina tions without redaction of the information regarding the SGEs'financial interests and relationships. The Government may redact from these forms the letter labels that indicate which financial interests belong in whole or in part to the spouse or dependent child of the SGE.
