Court Description: MEMORANDUM OPINION: For the foregoing reasons, (1) Berry's motion for summary judgment of dismissal [DI 28] is granted to the extent that all of plaintiff's retaliation claims against him are dismissed, (2) the Marriott Defendants' mot ion for summary judgment of dismissal [DI 32] is granted to the extent that all of plaintiff's hostile work environment claims against Marriot, except the claim brought under the NYCHRL, are dismissed, all of plaintiff's hostile work enviro nment and discrimination claims against the Individual Marriott Defendants are dismissed, and all of plaintiff's retaliation claims against the Individual Marriott Defendants other than Stengel are dismissed, and (3) all of plaintiff's age discrimination claims are dismissed.
