Court Description: OPINION & ORDER: In summary, and as reflected in more detail in a separate order that is being issued contemporaneously with this decision: It is hereby ORDERED that the settlement and plan of allocation of the proceeds are approved as fair, reas onable, and adequate. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Court hereby awards attorneys' fees of $4,928,949.74, of the Settlement Fund after payment of expenses of $571,050.26. The awarded attorneys' fees and all of the awarded exp enses shall be paid to plaintiffs' counsel from the Settlement Fund pursuant to the terms of the settlement. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Court hereby awards plaintiffs' counsel expenses in an aggregate amount of $571,050.26. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Court hereby awards $15,000 each to Sabrina Hart and Reka Furedi, the named plaintiffs in this action, and $2,000 each to the 25 opt-in discovery participants.
