Court Description: ORDER GRANTING MOTION OF THE SATYAM INVESTOR GROUP FOR CONSOLIDATION OF RELATED ACTIONS, APPOINTMENT AS LEAD PLAINTIFF AND APPROVAL OF LEAD PLAINTIFF'S SELECTION OF CO-LEAD COUNSEL: It is hereby ordered that the motion is granted. This Order (t he "Order") shall apply to the above-captioned action (the "Action")and to each case that relates to the same subject matter that is subsequently filed in this Court or is transferred to this Court and consolidated with the Action . Every pleading in the Consolidated Action shall have the following caption: In Re Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Securities Litigation, No. 09-cv-93-BSJ-DFE. Movants Nasser Saddique, Varughese and Mariana Thomas, Roshan L. Sharma, Aurangzeb Alamgir, and William M. and Janet K. Hebert, (collectively, the "Satyam Investor Group") are appointed to serve as Lead Plaintiff in the above-captioned Consolidated Action, pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §78u-4(a)(3)(B). The law firms Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP and Vianale & Vianale LLP are hereby approved as Co-Lead Counsel for the Class.
