Court Description: OPINION AND ORDER: # 97288 After carefully examining the ALJ's decision and the administrative record, this Court finds that substantial evidence in the record supports ALJ's decision. Moreover, the ALJ thoroughly examined the record, givi ng appropriate weight to all of the medical evidence, including the treating physicians findings. Because I find that the ALJ's decision is supported by substantial evidence, the Commissioners motion is granted and the ALJ's decision is affirmed.
