Plain tiffs have thirty (30) days leave to replead and file an amended complaint consistent with this Opinion and Order. Plaintiffs' motion for court-ordered service on defendants SLN, Rwabwogo, Adabla, and Chife via service on Steptoe & Johnson is DE NIED. The Court grants plaintiffs sixty (60) days from the date of this Opinion and Order to re-serve the summons and complaint on SLN, Rwabwogo, Adabla, and Chife consistent with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and this Opinion and Order and to file proof of service with this Court.
