Court Description: AMENDED OPINION AND ORDER #96275, the Opinion and Order in these cases dated 7/22/08 (doc #1927) is hereby vacated and replaced with this Amended Opinion and Order. For the reasons discussed above, the motion of the settling defendants is granted. Further, pursuant to FRCP 54(b), the Court finds that there is no just reason to delay the entry of judgment. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter a final judgment dismissing the claims against the settling defendnats (as listed in Exhibit A and B attached to this Opinion and Order) in each of these actions.
